is there a big difference between Geforce GTX 765M and 770M?

Besides $250?
The one has 2GB GDDR5 and the other 3... does that one gb make a big difference for gaming?

770M seems to be significantly stronger than 765M. Whether that's worth extra $250, well, that's up to you. You can always turn down settings, after all.

The difference is noticeable. But i dont know if the price difference is worth it.

765m vs 770m
cuda cores: 768 vs 960
texture fill rate: 54.4k vs 64.9k billions/sec
memmory interface width: 128 vs 192 bits
memmory bandwitch: 64 vs 96 GB/sec

I wouldn't buy either. For the same price you could get a notebook with a 680m and get much better performance, I would go with the 780m if you can afford it though. 770m and 765m are not really the top of the line cards.
