This is the PC I bought. Where would I go to download the latest drivers?

And is it easiest to have them on a flash drive and install them asap?

Gigabyte for the motherboard drivers, AMD for the GPU drivers. That's it.

You can usually get the latest drivers for various hardware components from the manufacturer website. For pre-built brand name computers such as Gateway, HP, Asus, Acer, etc., you can usually find all drivers for your model at the manufacturer website.
