Fan controller worth it?

So what is the point of a fan controller, and is it worth it? they seem kinda cheap, found a NZXT one for around 35ish, but is it something that I should try or invest in?

They let you control the speed of your fans. They're only really worth it if you're overheating or if your motherboard doesn't have enough fan headers on it.

Once we perfect building Mechs, I expect there to be a factory in Mexico pumping out a brand call Mechsican. I wanna buy me a Mechsican.

Does the noise of your fans bother you? if that is the case then a fan controller would help you regulate the speed and the noise when the system is not under load.

Besides that, there's really no point in controlling the speed other than keeping the noise down.

I have a NXZT touch scree controller on my 210 source back up pc and it lets me adjust the speed just fine. It wasnt all that expensive and like previously stated, my motherboard did not have enough fan headers. And since I keep switching my fans out since I get tired of the blue and then I get tired of the purple, its pretty neat.
