Can quite easily see why the whole "PC master-race" stuff is actually a thing..

The whole "PC master race" thing is mostly just a joke, making fun of the elitism that people associate with PC gaming (it is mostly PC gamers making fun of themselves). But yeah, PC gaming offers some unique benefits that may or may not appeal to you.

For me personally, the PC is my preferred platform for two things. 1. The default input devices are the mouse and keyboard 2. Some of my favorite genres (like RTS, MOBA and Arena Shooters) are hardly represented on the consoles.

And here we have a good example of someone who took the joke too seriously.

Yeah, "master race' is just a little joke and it's funny because some kids actually think it's true.

Buy some Hugo Boss clothes

That. Dude was the designer for the Nazi clothing. He was actually stripped of his voting rights for being a Nazi post-war.

Actually the funniest thing about these lame "master race" topics is how many people who you NEVER see posting here (because they're console gamers) suddenly come out of the woodwork to fall for it... Almost every single time. Then they get all upset about it and come back a week later (maybe) with a "New User(1)" or "Provisional" account to attempt to troll the PCH board.

Sounds like something a bunch of pc man children would say, you're sounding pretty insecure.

Most people here are sounding pretty insecure.

Is it that hard to accept that a gamer is a gamer, regardless of platform? Especially these days.

Unfortunately their current line is just generic business wear. By all means classy, I wouldn't hesitate to wear it, but outside of the fashion industry/anywhere that sells them I doubt anyone would ever recognize it, and it would definitely never be confused with a nazi uniform. Their pinstripe stuff does look like something straight out of an old timey gangster movie though.

By "here" did you mean gamefaqs as a whole?

See here's the thing, kids will be kids regardless of what toys they play on. I regularly saw "Sony Drones" talking down to "Xbots" and of course we all know that Nintendo makes nothing but "kiddie consoles" so they're to be disregarded. You make it sound like insecurity is a PC user thing. It's not. When they get tired of bickering amongst themselves they come here and troll these boards too. We've also got a couple of young ones who do the same right back at them.

It's like they think it's a game, and the only way to win is to make sure you call everyone else a loser.

Boss died in the late 40s or 50s, I think, so none of the stuff has actually been designed by him in decades. I do like the history behind the company, though. I always like looking that sort of thing up, like Hudson's Bay Company in Canada.
