i am playing this game with I5 3470+560 non ti and running max at 1080p
plus 2560 1440 50/45 without AA

I played Conviction on a GTS 250 and E6600. It wasn't demanding at all even back then, I'm sure I ran it on at least medium

do a clean install
i think it might be a driver issue
and scan your pc something is bottlenecking you
also you didn't mention your cpu
tho i doubt that might be the case
and last unoptimized game in my book are games like GTA 4 when it came out and AC4
tho AC4 problem is vsync but still a mention

My PC is an i5 2500 i doubt thats it, but i'l take your advice.
