Why do PC gamers feel so entitled to have all games published on PC?

As long as PC games doesn't sell as much as consoles not all games will be released, or will not be optimized like Tomb rider which will look better on PS4 and Xbone since developers are making an optimized version and not a port like they did with pc and for third parties, a Strong PC market would be better since they won't have to pay royalites to console makers

I'd say for a couple of reasons.

1. They develop the games on PC even though they're a console exclusive. So, why not?

2. The PC is capable of the best version of the game. We don't want some downgraded pile when we can have the best of the best.

I dunno, Tomb Rider looked pretty good on my PC.

Another idea I had was the spy/sniper being able to climb into the soldier's rocket launcher and be launched across the map, dealing more damage, but no splash.

PC games sell as well as console games in a lot of cases, and sometimes better. Also, Tomb Raider looks a lot better on PC than it does on PS4.

PC gamers want all games on PC because it's a better platform. If someone owns a PC and a PS4, they're going to prefer playing on their PC, because it'll perform better, and it's an open platform which means better and free online, more choices in controls so you can pick whatever method best suits the game, mods, unofficial patches leading to less bugs, and overall just more options.

Plus, we're greedy. We have the best hardware, the most exclusives, the best game library, more options, cheaper games, free online, What else could we ask for, if not every game?

Crysis 2 is released on March 22, but if you've got a little time and even less scruples, you can play it right now. With almost depressing inevitability, an entire developer build of the game has been leaked online, allowing PC gamers early, free access to Crytek's latest eye-shagger. Killzone 3 was also recently leaked.

i guess that last line was supposed to be the puncline?

PC hardware doesn't need to match console hardware in price when PC gamers save literal thousands from the software they buy.

But of course this comes from someone in Bethesda, a game company that lost all capability to do anything right years ago.

Yes, the "definitive", 30fps capped version of Tomb Raider will be released on consoles first. The superior, unrestricted PC release will then follow, guaranteed.
