Aside from a six month or so block where AMD's drivers caused my x1650 (or maybe it was an HD4830) to BSOD with two different error codes depending on how/why EVE Online tried to render a specific ship I've never had an issue with their drivers being deficient or defective. The closest thing I've seen to that is when they did their whole "Rage optimized" driver thing that did zippo for Rage but yielded a 13% increase in Skyrim's frame rate and then went on to not incorporate those optimizations into the main driver release for almost six months.

As for Zotac I've had one of their GTS 450s in my PC for almost two years now and up until a few months ago it worked great. Even now it works fine, but I have to tweak the fan speeds to keep it from overheating for some reason. Really odd that, and it took me awhile to realize it was pushing damn near 100c (IIRC) while multi-boxing EVE Online. >_>

If there are multiple options for a thing, there will be hipsters for that thing.

Corsair has some good stuff... but the only things they really lead the pack in are RAM and arguably PSU's, in the sense that of the 1200 W Platinum PSU's, ironically Corsair's is the one with no double-wires that make sleeving a pain in the ass.

The Kraken is better than the H100i, Gentle Typhoons are better radiator fans than anything Corsair has, Aerocool Sharks push more air than anything Corsair has, CaseLabs cases are much better (but they're better than everyone else too, so I'll throw in Silverstone as another brand that makes better cases than Corsair), their mice are laser mice.

The worst of all is their keyboards. They are by far the most overhyped thing Corsair has. That's all anyone here recommends for the most part, and there are far better keyboards for around the same price or slightly more.

Powercolor
MSI
OCz
Gigabyte
Zotac
Diamond

I will never buy from these brands again.

As for biostar...you get what you pay for. I've done numerous budget builds and have used a Biostar motherboard over 20 times. Not one problem reported.

Sandisk. I bought one of their SSDs for my laptop over a year ago. Failed within 3-4 months. RMA'd it, and they sent me a DOA, to which I had to call them again.

I bought the Corsair K90 for $80 after sale/rebate (yes, I got the rebate). What's better for that price that has red switches, backlighting, macro keys, and media keys? Or even at full retail at $140? Don't give me any of that autohotkey bull with media keys either.
