Minecraft on peaceful.

Or on easy/normal with creeper damage disabled and keeping your items when you die enabled.

/gamerule keepInventory true
/gamerule mobGriefing false

If you made you world with cheats disabled there's an easy fix, just open to LAN and it will give you the option to temporarily reenable them. Cheats will remain enabled until you close it to LAN and any cheats you used will remain in effect until you disable them.

Interested to know these as well. Been hating to play games for the sake of winning it as I have been playing strategy most of the time.

Have you tried city builders like anno or tropico 4? You could also play patricians 3. I love patricians 3 and its trading.

I find Universe Sandbox and Kerbal Space Program very relaxing.
Scribblenauts Unlimited is quite stress free.

Yep... there's also Farm Simulator 2013 which is pretty relaxing, or Euro truck Simulator 2 which is only minorly stressful (in like some rare occasions). I also like to chill out and play Chime and/or Lumines.

Lumines

Euro truck Simulator 2 (really cheap at the moment)

Crusader Kings II
BEST Strategy and RPG game that has came out in the last two years.

especially if you add the Game of Thrones mod or CK2+ mod.

I would vouch for this. Not only is it a great strategy game, but it's also not very stressful because even though it takes forever to learn and is impossible to master, it's fun no matter how well or how badly you're doing. There's no real winning or losing, just playing.

That is one positively silly game. I mean, I sorta knew what it was about from watching the "WTF is..." show on it, but damn...
