So The Witcher, Witcher 2, and Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate is 20GB each?

Or is that amount being exaggerated?

It's exaggerated because applications require a certain amount of FREE space to work properly, and also to accommodate future content--patches, DLC, etc.

The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition, for example, is 18.4GB. And the EE patch was like 3 or 4GB, so the original game was closer to 14GB.

Just because it was patched, doesn't mean it's added. A lot of the content was just substituted or improved.

The original title was over 16GB if I remember correctly. You can't just add it.

My Witcher Enhanced folder is 13.3 GB, but that's a retail version. I don't know how much of a difference that makes.

could be that it only has to download 10gb but once it is installed/unpacked it takes up like 14gb. Could be wrong though as that would be some pretty good compression.

Well its still downloading... got less than a gig to go.

And people keep saying the requirements for Witcher 2 is high. I looked at it then looked at mines in which I have an i5 2500K, 6870, 8GB RAM. Can I play it on high? I'm not looking to max it out.
