I'm worried the heat will like, bake it in if I turn the PC on, but I don't know if something like hydrogen peroxide is safe to use.

Wash the motherboard with water, then wait a day until its conpletely dry.

1)Unplug it.
2) lightly moisten a lint free cloth
3) carefully remove the blood of your fallen enemies
4) make sure it's dry
5) plug it back in
6) hope the cops don't find out.

It's too late. Now that your computer has acquired a taste for human blood it will actively seek more. The only thing you can do now is offer more sacrifices to it to sate its bloodlust.
