ok two questions will the i7 950 at stock clock bottleneck it and is a 750 watt power supply be enough for it? currently im using the evga 580 gtx

The bottleneck would depend on the game but it's very possible depending on resolution and your target fps, if you're going for 60/1440 it wouldn't be too bad, but at 120/1080 you'd run into problems a lot more often.

As for power, that's plenty.

Assuming your PSU is a good 750W, it's a lot more than a 780 Ti needs.

atm i can only go 60/1080 lol and would it be worth it to get a 780 ti over the 580?

I believe 750w is enough for two.

Oh yes, you get over twice the performance of 580. That is 2 generations up and 1/2 class up.
