How to stop my two Windows 8 laptops from sharing the same desktop image?

Its pretty annoying, I want a separate image for each.

Will this only be solved if I create two Microsoft accounts?

Create a different account for the second one... i do believe that there is a way to turn off the roaming profile, but alot of the advantages of win 8 are based on that so its probably not a good idea.

Just make a local account on each.. that way you wont have to sign in using microsofts service and you get 2 different sets of settings

Activate Charms
Settings Charm
Change PC settings
(Windows 8) Select "Sync your settings" (Windows 8.1) Select "SkyDrive", then "Sync settings"
Turn off option for "Desktop personalization"
