Shaft settings am I looking at for this? Is the game any fun? It was on sale for 7 50 and was wondering if it's worth it if it goes on sale before the winter sale ends.

You should be able to run Far Cry 3 on its highest settings with no problems. It's one of the best FPS games I've played and yes it's a lot of fun. There's a lot to do in the game besides the main story so you can easily pour in tons of hours. Multiplayer feels tacked-on but it's an okay bonus. It was definitely my Game of the Year last year.

You should be able to run High with low AA. Maybe lower shadows/lighting effects

Reason I post topics about req's is cause I hope I don't get stutter issues but that's good it's a fun game.

Your CPU is fine for pretty much every game made up until this point. The GPU is going to be holding you back a little bit though but you should be able to run Farcry 3 just fine.
