Recommendations of good games in the same vein as Stanley Parable and Gone Home?

I seriously didn't know what to expect when playing both of these, but I was pleasantly surprised despite them just being 2-3 hours of value each. Anyone know of any other good first person exploration games that sort of mess with your mind?

just how scary is amnesia anyways? I tend to get frightened very easily (i was s***ing my pants half way through Gone Home), but other than that I've been sort of wanting to play the game for some time now...

Dear Esther is a good first person exploration game. it doesn't exactly mess with your mind, and is quite short, but it has a strong narrative. you should get it if it goes on sale for around a dollar or two

Antichamber is a pretty good mind scrambler. Get it on steam.

Gone Home isn't a game, nor is it any good. Also it scared you? Huh

If Gone Home sent shivers down your spine, then you should avoid the Amnesia games. They aren't horrifyingly scary, but they do have their moments of near heart-attack inducing scares for first-time players.
