I'll have about $900 to spend on a computer I'm ordering early next week

The problem is, I don't know what I should get with 900 bucks. I know I want an Intel/Nvidia combo, unless anyone would say otherwise. I won't need an OS, monitor, or peripherals, so just the tower and the parts inside. I remember seeing a website someone linked that had builds put together with individual parts and it showed all the different prices for each build. Would that be a good indicator for what to get?

So I have a build going, I used an older build and modified some things, how would games preform on this?

"herp derp I can run almost every game out right now on high or ultra just cause I say I can." That's what you sound like.

That looks good. You can probably get a better deal on ram and go for a lower watt power supply to save some money. Then put that towards a z87 motherboard and hyper 212 evo cpu cooler since you're getting a k series cpu. The k means it is unlocked for easy overclocking and that's why it costs extra.

Better get Z87 motherboard if you want to take full advantage of the 4670k. And I am not sure about the quality of that PSU.

Check what parts you can reuse from your current rig
Optical drives
Hdd
Ram
If new enough board and cpu
Mouse
Monitor
Keyboard
Case

Only item I always suggest require upgrade is
Psu
Gpu

Hmmmm... well, I'm not too good with part picking, I just kinda go off the "rating" section haha. What brand/wattage would you recommend that I get? And what Z87 should I get? Their all very priced differently and I don't know which one to get D:

The only problem is that I have a gaming laptop right now, so I can't really reuse anything sadly D:
