Not sure what to choose for a cooler. Hows it looking?

The evo 212 is a good cooler.

Ok sweet.

Also do i need a Sound Card, a Wired Network Adapter or a Wireless Network Adapter
Or is that stock with any of the other parts?

It's stock with the MOBO.

EDIT: Sorry a wireless network adapter isn't stock, but the other two are. But you only need a wireless network adapter if you plan on using a wireless connection.

I can get the OS from my school. And i have a monitor and peripherals.

Anything missing?

If I could make a few suggestions...

Since you're fishing at the lower on of CPU pool, you won't be doing any overclocking, so intels stock cooler should be adequate enough and you can ditch the cooler if you want. 430W should also be more than adequate (You could also upgrade to a modular version too) for the system your after. And since you are on a budget I'd suggest you buy cheaper for the Motherboards too, you could go lower than the one I suggested and further upgrade your CPU and GPU.
