SLI is nVidia's name for the technology that allows you to connect two or more identical video cards together for extra performance. For it to work, it must be supported by the motherboard. That motherboard does not support SLI. That means you can use one nVidia card, but not two at the same time.
The motherboard does support AMD Crossfire, which is AMD's equivalent technology.

It's really no big deal. If you ever want a boost in performance in a couple of years, you can just get rid of the 760 and upgrade to a better card at that time.
