I don't, but I do cap my fps to my monitor's refresh rate.

After dusting the PC I'll check the temps. Other than that, I rarely check.

If I'm about to play a demanding game, I start up MSI afterburner to keep on eye on the temps. Other than that, I never check them.

I check them about once a month while stress testing my CPU to make sure they are in line with what they should be.

I've never even checked the CPU temperature. I'd have to google to figure out how.
