So is it just me or is Dark Souls online otally dead?

Ever since I passed O & S, I can't find a single person to invade, summon or do either myself. Even before that it was fairly sparse.

I followed all the lvl guides and had to keep my level low to meet the averages.

Is it in fact dead or am I just ridiculously unlucky?

Right but I'm talking about simply playing the game. Finding summon signs, having people summon you, invasions because they can.

I can't find any of it.

The PC version has terrible networking issues as far as I'm aware so it might be why.

Probably something wrong with your connection. Check your NAT status.

That's the first thing I did.

Says NAT is open and UPnP is available and in use.

Dark Souls online for the PC is kind of dead, only can find others in the 100-125 range, or griefers in the starting areas in most cases. The console communities are still fairly large though

That's unfortunate. I was trying not to return to the days of 30 fps with constant drops and none of the DLC.

Thanks.

When the last time I played it, summons were mostly available in popular spots like first couple of bosses, O & S area and the DLC area. This goes for console versions too. If you need help with something, your best bet is to ask on its forums for teaming up.

No I don't need help. I breeze through the game very easily. I played the original Demon Souls and this on PS3.

I just liked playing with other random people. It was my favorite part of the game.
