Gotta send my motherboard back, is it okay to store my components in a cb box?

cb - cardboard. Non shiny cardboard, of course.

My motherboard is DOA and I have no anti static bags for my other components. I heard it's safe to store them in a non-shiny cardboard box. True?

Should be fine as long as you don't rub them vigorously on the box.

Thanks for the reply.
