you overclocked the **** out of that cpu, i'm hesitant to go to far above 4.4 on mine.

every pc skyrim game needs the general mods
all the unificial patches
skyUI
MCM (expecially if you plan on excessive modding)

beyond that it really depends on what you want i would suggest a few more though.
dance of death (more kill moves)
WATER (seems obvious what it does)
climates of tamriel (better world/weather effects)
realistic lighting overhaul (you'll need a torch now)
any/all of the populated mods by relliosavini (adds more npcs/monsters in common sense places)

beyond that you can get body mods to chance your character/npc models, weapon and armor mods to add more or change the look of vanilla, and even complete overhaul mods for different cities. just cherry pick what you want.

finally you could try an ENB, but performance will take a hit.

I also recommend the following to fix the finicky dialogue and message box controls.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27371/?
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28170/?

Note that the above two mods and SkyUI requires Skyrim Script Extender which can be downloaded here:

http://skse.silverlock.org/

It's common enough for a mod to require SKSE that it's worth installing anyway.

just looking through it thats a pretty good list. you don't need everything there but several of those things will make the game much better.
