Get an i7 and motherboard first. Your video card isn't that old. --- i5-3570K| MAXIMUS V GENE| ASUS DCUII 670| CORSAIR XMS3 8GB| CORSAIR 350D| INTEL 520 180GB| CORSAIR H110i| CORSAIR AX750

I say go for a graphics card upgrade first. --- 3570K (4.5 GHz) | Dual-X 7970 | ASRock Z77 OC Formula | Corsair Vengeance 2x 4 GB | WD Black 1 TB | Corsair TX750 | XSPC Raystorm 750 RS240 Kit | NZXT Phantom

I would suggest an i7 4770K with a new motherboard and aftermarket cooler first. Then a new GPU once they move to the 20mm GPU technology. --- PSN: CashFlowa888 i5 3570k @ 4.6GHz / G.Skill 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz / EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX / ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 / HX 1000W / NZXT Phantom / Win7 64 Bit
The mobo is nice, but the CPUs for it are very pricey --- Super Mario Kart is the single best Mario Kart ever!

Get an 8350 and then a new card and you will be set. No need to do make a whole new pc, since your mobo supports the 83XX and 9XXX series. --- FX8350 oc'ed 4.8ghz| Kraken X60| SA R9 290| ASRock 990fx Extreme9| 16 gigs ripjaws ddr3| Evo 240GB ssd| 1TB cuda'| antec 750W| NZXT Phantom
