Pick that up, try em out, go from there. Switches are not one size fits all. Find which one feels best for you. Never listen to people who say you should go for any switch over another, cause they're just telling you THEIR preference. You're not them

Standard keyboards have a membrane or rubber domes under the keys.
Mechanical keyboards have a spring under each key.
