And if it glitches like mine has, you can never sign out or sign back in, it forever says your profile cannot be loaded, but you sign in, and it signs you out next time you restart and gives the same error.

Jesus >_> I actually like Chrome due to the whole bookmark thing, to be honest if IE implemented that with your hotmail/live account I'd be all in.

You can try looking in your Chrome profile for a backup of the bookmarks. Before trying to restore the backup make sure to close Chrome.

To get to the profile folder, in your Windows explorer address enter:
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\

Look for the "Bookmarks" file and delete it. Make sure to not delete the "Bookmarks.bak" file since that's the backup that you want to restore from. Rename the "Bookmarks.bak" file to "Bookmarks" with no file extension. Start up Chrome and hopefully the backup was made before your bookmarks got screwed up.

I logged into my Google account while using Chrome at school as was surprised to see all of bookmarks imported.

Whlie it may be a pain, it'll be worthwhile to organize them all. They'll stay synced with your Google account and you'll have them at all times, regardless of where you are.

Is that only on Windows 8 PC's though? I'm not too familiar with 8 because I didn't like it. Funny enough my grandparents use that OS and probably know more than I do after I taught them the basics.

Yes, just a Windows 8.x thing. With Windows 8.x, IE10/IE11 favorites, among other things, sync across all of your devices.
