Quick advice on a laptop

So I'm going out of town soon and was looking for a cheap laptop to use while I'm gone.
Saw this on CL. Offered to go to 280.
Good deal or no?

Based on the vague info given, it could range anywhere from a steal to a huge rip off.

Looking at the pics [assuming they give an accurate representation], it is probably a 1st gen i5 due to the "ATI" sticker. If it was newer it would say "AMD". It doesn't mention a specific card either, so it probably is just integrated [HD 4250] or similar. The 8GB of memory, Blu-Ray and 1080p is nice.

I really doubt it has USB 3.0

At $280 it is a slight steal.
