world of warcraft: I'm scared to check cumulative...
starcraft 2: probably about 200 hours
CIV V: More than what steam listed (136) since I mostly play offline, so about 400
Like, 40 hours in FFXII
Let us assume that for the sake of assumption that I am always right.

I don't think that there's any game that I've spent less than 30 hours on. That being said, my top 5 would probably be the following:

I've got 9 years of Runescape
About 4 years of Minecraft
300-400 hours (each!) in a variety of Monster Hunter games (MHF1, 2, MHF U, MHT).
120-ish hours on Skyrim (and it was my roommates 360 >.>)
102 hours on The Legend of Dragoon (that's just my longest playthrough out of about 10).

The Golden Sun series, a few other FF games (the PS1 version of IV, and VII), any game with Samus in it, are also heavy hitters. Though the above is what I knew off the top of my head.
That is my theory. talksalot of the LoD board of GameFAQs is, in fact, without a shadow of a doubt, the very apex of our universe as we know it. -Cable

I'm going to have some broad estimates on some of these:

75-100 hours in Morrowind

1000-1500 hours in Oblivion and that's a conservative estimate (my first character alone had over 500 hours)

I have 200 hours logged in on the PC version of Skyrim, but I played the 360 version extensively before I made the switch. Probably around 400-500 hours in total (and counting).

500-700 or so in Fallout 3

250-300 in New Vegas

Terraria - 151 hours

Final Fantasy X 250-300

Final Fantasy VII 150-200

Over 1000 hours in the entire Command and Conquer series (F*** EA for destroying it).

150+ in both KotOR 1 and 2

Hundreds of hours in the Zelda series. It's too hard to estimate.

Those are the ones that stick out
Could care less = you care at least somewhat. Couldn't care less = you don't care at all.
