CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor | Where gaming is concerned, the fact is that the FX-8350 edges out Intel's Core i5 and i7 processors. Introduce streaming into the mix and it destroys Intelís parts and does it for roughly $100 less. (Nearly 1 million people are streaming games via Twitch these days, so thatís an important consideration). It has tons of headroom for overclocking, and it wins the price/performance argument hands-down. For further proof, check out the extensive benchmarking conducted by TekSyndicate.

Yeah, that's a bad choice for the CPU. I couldn't believe their claim that the FX-8350 is on par with Intel's CPUs for gaming when every reputable review I've seen shows otherwise, so I checked out that Tek Syndicate video they linked. Apparently, they used a 7870 for those tests.

Bottleneck much?

Not to mention that it still loses out to the i7, and the motherboard they used in the test is known to have performance problems.
