WC3 then DoW series. After that probably CoH series with Starcraft series pulling a close fourth.

C&C, Supreme Commander and World in Conflict all deserve an honorable mention.

Nobody cares about the minute differences between genres. There is plenty of RTS in SC4. It easily belongs to both. You just sound like you failed to build something more than a Shantytown. lol
