It has it's flaws, but it's such a good RPG that really checks off all the things that make a great RPG. Large world, tons of quests, action-y real time combat, stealth-might-magic trifecta, crafting, gems/slots, dialogue wheels.

It's not all perfect, but it easily can give you 50+ hours of play time.

A shame what happened to it. Sold 1 million +, which is great for a new RPG IP, and got a lot of great reviews.
If there's anything more important than my ego around, I want it caught and shot now.

I heard it was basically a offline MMO which sounds dreadful.

It was interesting but I was a bit worried about its replayability. Crafting weapons looked interesting.

It checked off all the things except: interesting story, interesting characters, interesting quests.

KoA was basically an offline MMORPG with hordes of kill and fetch quests.

I really liked it for the first few hours but it turned into a bit of a grind because it's basically fetch quests and crap like that. Like others have said, it kinda felt like an offline MMO. It had its moments even after the first few hours but it couldn't keep me hooked even long enough to get to the second part of the continent (east of that um one fort with the guys).

I'm waiting for the 75% off on the main game and the DLC. It will apparently never come.

Its a good game. It DOES feel like a offline MMO though (it was supposed to be one), but its not ALL bad. The world is big, the quests are interesting (but REPETITIVE as hell) and the gameplay is actually good.

Its not a 10/10 game, but its REALLY not bad.
