Looking for good, free/cheap tutorials for Excel and Access

I'm looking to get a job as an actuary or statistician, but a lot of the jobs I've seen require proficiency in Excel and Access. I've only used Excel a little bit (the biggest thing I've done is putting together a fantasy baseball file that ranked players' stat projections and averaged the ranks) and I haven't so much as opened Access ever. I'm looking for something (or a combination of things) that can get me from basic skill level to at least intermediate or advanced. Do any of you guys have something you can recommend?

This one is great. Im in a database course this semester and this helped me understand the basics in just 15-20 minutes

there are youtube videos that will show you how to do virtually anything in Excel and Access.

The problem is that I don't actually know what I need to know.
