It does seem suspect, especially since all his feedback seems to be dealing with Dog clothes.

Go for it worst that happens is you use paypal to get a refund.

I'm pretty sure thats how much processors cost when they come out the factory door before paying for shipping, storage, licensing and retailers fees, well I imagine they are that price if you buy a few thousand at a time.

Technically its illegal, unlicensed at least, so don't expect to get customer support if it does arrive and goes wrong.

No way in hell am I sticking a $50 i7 in my PC. The Chinese are very good at making fake products.
