Should I make the switch over or am I not missing much?

Last time I remembered Shadowplay has a few issues with quality (they might have fixed it i dunno) and it can only record DirectX applications. However Shadowplay is free and has little performance hit so...

Unless you play a lot of non-directX applications, or want to record your desktop or something, then shadowplay is usually enough.

Don't really need to make a switch. OBS can use the nvidia encoder in the latest test build.
