So, computer rebooting... Help?

Long story made short, I thought it was the GPU, specifically my 560 Ti, so I swapped it out with a 660 Ti. I thought this fixed it. Whaddya know, when I want to quit SC2 HoTS from the third mission's menu, you know right before you start it, it reboots. I had literally just reinstalled it today. To be clear, this reboot is literally the computer just shutting off instantly, then coming back on and booting up as it would any other day. There is no BSOD, I have the box unchecked to automatically restart on system failure, and I still get no BSOD.

For some reason nobody told me about this nifty little tool called the Event Viewer, but I found it when searching for solutions. Here is what it says about the situation:

Could be a failing PSU.

This is my best assumption too.

I'm pretty sure is NOT a failing PSU.

I would blame it on the motherboard or CPU. If was the PSU it would turn off WHILE you are playing, not when you quit the game.

Whenever my PC would reboot like this it's because the graphics card was overheating. Do you monitor your temps in game? You should be.

Yes I do, like I said, it isn't the GPU. My temps in-game are approx 60 C.

Could still be psu, removing stress off a failing psu could cause a reboot or crash.
