It'll be whatever you install onto it. So to use the USB tool you would need to use another Windows based PC and download the ISO, or create one from an install disc. Now if you know someone who has a PC with a disc drive (desktop not laptop) just borrow their disc drive it's not like they use them everyday anyways that'll probably be the easiest way.

i got a laptop so i can the usb thing for now and the only disc drive i can maybe borrow is my grandmas lol its a desktop from lik early 2000s

Yeah so you'll need to get the ISO whether from the W7 disc (if you have one) or from digitalriver, then run the Windows USB tool. After the computer is assembled go into your BIOS set the boot order so the USB options are before the HDD options.

Now if it's a computer from the early 2000's I doubt it's a SATA drive so that option is out.

well im building a pc so how do i know if its a windows pc?? i thought you can only build a windows pc and linux ,steam os
