Okay, I'm looking at possibly trying to overclock my ATI Radeon HD 5450. Good or bad idea? Also, what exactly would it do for me, and would it require me to upgrade from my 300W PSU?

You're better off getting a new graphics card.

You should upgrade your power supply regardless. No clue how 300w could be enough.

Yeah, I feel like I'm heavily slacking there. I even found one I wouldn't mind having on TigerDirect, has over 700 positive reviews, but people have told me not to get it (it's 550W by the way) since it's not 80+ certified, yet in the specs it says 80% efficient.
