Thinking of getting a cheap-to-mid notebook...

How good is Nvidia GeForce GT 740M w/ 2GB memory?

What kind of settings could I expect to run games on? For new games, as well as older games like Team Fortress 2.

Edit: OOPS got model number wrong -- put 470M instead of 740M

But I'm out of the loop. I have no idea how good a GTX 780 is... Is it comparable to a PS4 / XboxOne? Would that make the GT 740M comparable to a Xbox360?

Cool. I guess 1/9 of its performance is good for a notebook.

Intel HD 4600, which I have, gets a 626. It's somewhat 360 level imo. I can play BF3, Skyrim, pretty well at 1080p. Farcry3 and Bioshock Infinite run on low at around 45fps.
