I think I saw a TF2 setup where the guy was aiming with his head and had a big fake gun wired to shoot. He was on one of those omni-directional treadmills, too, so he could turn and move freely.

I don't think it was TF2... I think it was Counterstrike maybe.. No I think it's HL2.

maybe he used TF2 in a different video or maybe it's a different video from the one you saw.

The problem I have with that setup is how noisy it is walking around. It sounds like a guy with milk crate shoes walking on linoleum. Also you kinda look dorky in a harness standing in a device like that...
