Why do you think? It's a $2.5k server CPU and you're using a heavily threaded program to test it. That performance does not indicate how well it will perform in games.

Ohh and the guy below me is correct, every benchmark you look up for that CPU is going to be 4 of them. Also, your PS4 killer sucks.

That link didn't work but if it's that CPU you listed in your PS4 killer build then it's because the bench you were looking at was 4 of those CPUs mounted on a server board vs a single 3770, 16 cores vs 4.

If you buy from deals like this you could get 3-4 cpus for 100$-130$ which would match more expensive configurations. the extra 35 dollars would bring it up to about $410 but thanks for answering my question its just why does geekbench say they get ~9000 with 1 processor 4 cores?
