1080p will not be top tier, or possibly anywhere near it, in 3-4 years probably.

you'll probably still be able to play 1080p games but on around low to medium settings in 4 years.

also, specs of that $600 build?

Ohh, BF4 you should be close to maxing @ 1080p np. I'm talking about later down the line.

In December 2008 I got an E8400, 4GBs of RAM and 512MB 4850. In January 2011 I upgraded to a GTX 460 1GB. In January 2013 I upgraded to a GTX 660 Ti 2GB. In June of 2013 I upgraded to a 3570k And 16GBs of RAM. My next upgrade will probably be a GTX 860 in about a year.
