Quiet/quietest CPU fan?

anyone have a suggestion of a fan that has the same quality as the noctua nf-f12 that doesnt look like poo? need one for my 120mm rad, can find any gt-ap 15s since they are dicontinued and people want like $50 for them, LOL

They do look like poo >_>

They're the ugliest fans you can buy IMO... I know they're great fans, but their appearance is why I don't have a case full of them.

If you want quiet you just need $100 to buy a dual tower

240MM Rad are fairly quiet but more loud than that

Limit fans to ~1000RPM it will be silent

But you also need to run stock CPU clocks or consider another CPU, that or find a 360-480MM custom loop, but even then the fans won't be able to push air through, until audible, so

just find a dual tower
