Just bought the Lords of Shadows 1 yesterday at 75% off on a daily.

Depending on how much i like it, i might preorder this.

Isn't LoS the one that's heavy on the QTEs? If so, pass. I much prefer the more "classic" Castlevania style.

One button QTE's where you wait til a circle is within a circle. It's easily the best QTE you could ask for in an action game. And it's not that heavy on QTE's to begin with.

Hah, upon booting up LoS2 demo there's actually an option to deactivate to QTE's.

I'll try it later.

No pre-order bonus? That's poopy =p. I held off buying LoS the other day because I thought they might include it as a bonus. Oh well I do have it on 360 (but who wants to play that!), DLC was so lazy.

Thanks, TC. Game Informer gave LoS 2 a 6/10 and pretty much hated it, but I'm still fairly hyped for it. Will try the demo when I get the chance. :-)

The best QTE you could ask for is none at all. They are one of the most annoying "gameplay" contrivances I've ever run across.

Adding the option to disable QTEs is nice though... maybe I'll actually check this one out.

I won't argue that QTE's are annoying, they definitely are. But if a game had to have'em I prefer CV LoS's way of handling them. They're the most simple ones I've ever seen and you can keep your eyes directly on the action as they happen, as well as pressing any button to do them.
