Is there a happy medium between IPS and TN panels for gaming? I love atmosphere sound and graphically and not sure if "washed out" colors will take away from certain gaming experiences.

Not that I know of.

This is the niche that the VA/MVA/PVA Panel type wanted to fill (and the type of monitor that KamenRiderBlade recommended)

Unfortunately, they still struggle when it comes to gaming, at least the google searching i've done seems to suggest that.

They're not struggling.

Check those reviews out.

It's a good panel.

120 Hz, MVA, Has Light Boost at the flick of a menu setting.

It's really a very good panel.

Welp, there ya go.

However I think he was looking for something in the 400 range, not 560-600.

You get what you pay for.

If you're willing to save up a little more, then I'm pretty sure the Eizo would serve you better than the Asus or the Benq panels.

Not trying to debate on the merits of the Eizo being better then the Asus or BenQ... just pointing out the simple fact that he was looking for something in the 400 range.

I'd drop 500 for a better investment... just spent so much on my recent GTX 780TI trying to not go too crazy lol. Add expensive headphones to this equation too lol

Hopefully my research will lead to you having a better experience.

That's all I'm trying to do.

Final input from anyone? Or save up and get one of these Gsync things? Prob is I have a GTX 780ti with an IPS monitor but I can survive if Gsync monitors take the best of both worlds.
