That's just the input voltage, it means nothing useful. It means you can use it in countries where the wall outlets supply ~120VAC, that's it.

I played the first one when I was a kid, so I'm interested. I'm mainly just trying to play that game, not any of the newer high profile pc games

Oh. Yeah, I have no idea how that will play on your system with a GT 630. Probably not great though. What resolution is your monitor?

At least it's not 1920x1080, that would hurt your performance a lot.
Well honestly I don't know anything about Gunz 2 but the GT 630 should be able to play undemanding games OK at 1280x1024. Your CPU is more likely to be the limiting factor here.
