Downloading RAM is easy but downloading tape... not so much.

You could put the RAM from the CeLOLron into the AMD PC if there's a free slot. The hard drives are also swappable. If they both had the same socket you might be able to swap CPUs (but they don't). Some laptops let you upgrade the GPU if it was dedicated but they're extremely rare.

Laptop board supports a maximum of 3GB RAM it already has 4GB, (both models have 3GB so I can't see that working) HDD's are swappable but exactly the same size and spec so no point.
Yeah I didn't really look into the specs. I was just posting what is possible with your average laptop.
