The problem with is it is that Half of the time you're just listening to Exposition. Yet the game is very atmospheric.
And the story is quite good, but make sure it doesn't get spoiled. Really, you'll be looking at just having one playthrough. Everyone says that story based games don't work, but some of my favourite games are story based games.
Like To The Moon, that was a good game which had really Emotional moments. Such is the finicky nature of games I guess. But no, buy it on special.
it does an interesting thing with exploration and its story can be good, but at the end of the day its only about 2hours long with 0 replay value. for that $20 you can buy a LOT of stuff more worthy of your money (especially with the new humble bundle deals and the ubisoft sale going on). Im sure itll show up in a bundle or for $5 at some point soon.
No not at all. The story is good, realistic, but very simple and very short. The realism of the story i think is one of its strong points. It didn't go off the deep end by trying to force some crazy weird story on you. Just a story of a somewhat dysfunctional family. That being said, because the story is so simple, the exploration aspect is also very simple and there's only one ending, so it's pretty linear when you consider that. I'd say just watch it online. You kind of get a similar experience or wait to find it on sale for maximum $5.
And if you hear as the warm night falls. The silver sound from a time so strange. Sing to me, sing to me.
