I really enjoyed Arma 2 so i want to try new one as well.

On the lowest settings. You're talking about one of the most difficult games to run and you're using pretty old parts here.

Your CPU will rock it at a solid 30-40 frames, your GPU is a liability though you will have to lower a lot of graphics settings.

You have a fine computer TC, its just your video card is basically garbage for modern games. You might want to consider a GTX 750 TI and it will improve your rig a ton.
