is there anything like Briefcase for PC to mobile devices?

Briefcase allows two computers to sync files with each other. Apparently, the main purpose of Brief case is to sync a desktop computer and a mobile PC(which I'm guessing is a laptop). what I'm wonfering is if there's something like that for pc and mobile devices?

I just have Google Drive installed on my laptop and desktop to sync files across the two. Anything I put in it, edit, or delete gets uploaded and then downloads to the other device.

I already have it actually. The problem with it (like bluetooth) is that it leaves a file behind on the device that the file came from. The problem with that is that I have to delete it and most of the time I'm too lazy to. that creates a problem because either(or both) I will have too many doubled documents or I'll have different info in both files(like one can have the ending and the other have the story continue on). That's why I want something that's similar to Briefcase. While I would rather the transferring be offline. I don't know if I have a choice.

I don't know how that software works, but there is sharing software. My G2 came with something to sync over WiFi to a computer (not that I've used it).

I ended up using Dropbox. Is it possible to connect Dropbox to Polaris office? I have a Galaxy S2 running Andriod 2.3.3 and a Asus Transformer pad Infinity running 4.0.3.

edit: by that, I mean using Polaris Office to open dropbox files it hasn't already and have the files sync. I know I can open a file in Dropbox first then use it, but I don't want to have to do that if I don't need to. I know Polaris Office tablet can connect to cloud storage, but it only gives options for Box.net on both devices and Google Docs on the tablet.
