Should definitely give The Last Remnant a go, it's one of my favorite rpgs and i cannot recommend the game enough though be warned it's a tough one, and well kinda random at the same time. Completely turn based though and very very enjoyable if you love turn based rpgs. --- (V)0-0(V) This is Mudcrab. Copy and paste him into your signature to help him achieve world Domination.

Trails in the Sky FC soon. Same for its sequel by the end of the year. --- http://i2.minus.com/idViX6TYCFObG.png

http://store.steampowered.com/app/107300/ --- You can spend $400 on a console and $400 on a cheap PC, or you can spend $800 to build your own and have the best of both worlds.

That is truly one of the most underrepresented genres in PC gaming. Other than the ones already mentioned (FF7-8, Last Remnant), there is very little.
Breath of Fire 4 and Grandia 2 got ported to PC back in the day, but they haven't been reissued since and are not available on digital distribution.

Fallout 3 is a console style game. If you use VATS it's kind of turn based.
