How do you maintain your games?

I have most of my games installed. Only uninstall if I need space or the game sucks.

I only keep the games I'm currently playing or working on a mod for installed. I put game shortcuts on quicklaunch.

I only install a game if I will spend at least an hour on it per month.

I have a 1TB HDD just for steam and any non-steam games. I keep crap off of my OS SSD. So I have certain drives for certain things. For example, I have another 500GB WD for recording. I tend to keep any classics installed always. (Like KOTOR, GTA:SA etc). I uninstall crap games or games I haven't played in quite some time.
