Need a new mouse (and keyboard?) suggestions please :)

Hey guys so I just got into gaming on my PC recently and have been enjoying it a lot. Thing is my mouse is really old and awful. My keyboard isn't great either but far more serviceable. My main complaint with the keyboard is it feels a little cramped on my fingers because of how close the keys are. If you guys can a recommend a great well priced keyboard that may address that problem I'd be open to that also!

I don't need the very best mouse money can buy just something that works well with a few extra gaming buttons. I'm looking at spending maximum 100 on the mouse. Maybe 50 or so for the keyboard.

G400 and the razer orbweaver (it's mechanical!) or the g13 (for the epicccc screeen!).

For the keyboard, if you pick orbweaver just get whatever keyboard, if you pick g13 go mechanical so at least you'll have that alternative. Just so you have the keypad and mechanical options.

CM Storm Quickfire XT for the keyboard. Mine is fantastic.

When I searched orbweaver and g13 I got some interesting looking "mini" keyboards that look solely for gaming. While it looks neat I was thinking more traditional.

Looks nice but priced higher then I'd like. I don't feel I need to replace my keyboard just open to it for a nice well priced option with keys that are a bit more spaced out.

For the mouse -- what type of grip do you use? Claw, palm, finger-tip? Google this and figure it out. That will determine what mouse you should buy. I have a feeling you'll say palm, but just want to be sure.

For the keyboard -- if you're budget is around $50, I'd get something like the Rosewell RK-6000.

Also around $50 is the Microsoft SideWinder X4. It isn't mechanical, but it does have programmable keys, which are great for certain types of games.

Looking it up I would say my style resembles palm most (good guess :p)

That keyboard looks nice :) I'll look out for it when I get the mouse.

Some good palm-grip mice:

Razer DeathAdder
Logitech G400/500/700
Mionix Naos
SteelSeries Sensei

If you don't like these, just do a search for "best palm grip gaming mouse" or something like that, people have made lists before, and you can look at different styles.

I wouldn't trade my G500 for anything. I got it for only $40, too.

As for keyboard, I'm looking for a new one myself. Are there any good wireless ones with a good trackpad on them, for use with gaming on a T.V so i don't have to have a mouse on the couch?
